A high-level delegation of the 47th Mid-Career Management Course (MCMC) from the National Academy for Aviation Security visited Port Qasim Authority (PQA) today on an inland study tour.
The delegation was received by 𝗠𝗿. 𝗦𝗵𝗮𝗵𝗻𝗮𝘄𝗮𝘇 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗶𝗼, 𝗦𝗲𝗰𝗿𝗲𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘆, 𝗣𝗼𝗿𝘁 𝗤𝗮𝘀𝗶𝗺 𝗔𝘂𝘁𝗵𝗼𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆, alongside 𝗥𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝗔𝗱𝗺𝗶𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝘆𝗲𝗱 𝗠𝗼𝗮𝘇𝘇𝗮𝗺 𝗜𝗹𝘆𝗮𝘀 𝗛𝗜(𝗠)(𝗥𝗲𝘁𝗱.) 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗶𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗻 𝗣𝗼𝗿𝘁 𝗤𝗮𝘀𝗶𝗺 𝗔𝘂𝘁𝗵𝗼𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆 and senior port management. The visit commenced with a detailed operational briefing in the Chairman Conference Room covering PQA’s infrastructure, regional trade connectivity, and strategic maritime logistics.
Following the briefing, the participants toured the Qasim International Container Terminal (QICT) to review modern cargo-handling systems and proceeded on a guided sea cruise along the port channel to inspect maritime navigation and port operations firsthand. The visit concluded with an official lunch hosted at the Maritime Lounge.
